Points are a way for us to reward our users. You can earn points through shopping, participating in activities, or other means, and use them to offset cash costs on your next purchase.
1. Earning Points
• Earn points through shopping: For each successfully completed order, you will receive points based on a certain percentage of the order amount (e.g., 1 point for every 1 USD spent).
• Bonus points upon registration: New users will receive a certain number of points upon successful registration.
• Bonus points for activities: Participate in platform promotions, check-ins, or other activities to earn extra points.
2. Using Points
• Points can be used to offset cash costs at checkout. Every 100 points can offset 1 USD (specific offset rules are subject to the checkout page).
• There is a maximum number of points that can be used per order, as indicated on the checkout page.
• Points are for the user's own account only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
3. Points Validity
• Points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. Unused points will automatically expire.
• The platform reserves the right to adjust the validity period of points according to activity rules, and users will be notified in advance.
4. Important Notes
• Refundable Orders: For orders where points have already been used, the points will be returned to your account after a refund.
• Violations: Any platform activity involving the acquisition of points through irregular means will result in the cancellation of your points eligibility.
• Points cannot be combined with other offers; please refer to the rules displayed on the checkout page for details.
5. Viewing Points
• After logging into your account, you can view your points balance, acquisition history, and usage history in “Member Center” → “My Points”.
• Follow platform activities to earn more points.
