**Scope of Application** You may apply for a return or exchange in the following situations:
• Product has quality problems or defects
• Actual shipment does not match the order (incorrect model/specification/quantity)
• Damage caused during transportation (proof of logistics is required)
For eligible cases, we will prioritize arranging exchanges or replacements. If this cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
**Scope of Inapplicability** Returns and exchanges are generally not supported in the following situations:

• Used or man-made damaged products
• After-sales application period expired
• Customized products or orders that have already been confirmed for production

Processing Time
• Application Review: 1–3 business days
• Problem Verification: 3–7 business days (if quality inspection is involved)
• Exchange Order: Arranged as soon as possible after confirmation
• Refund Processing: 3–10 business days (depending on payment method)
Shipping Costs
• Return/exchange costs incurred due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments will be borne by Yakeda.
• Return/exchange costs incurred due to customer reasons will be borne by the customer (if applicable).
