Scope of Refund Eligibility

Customers may apply for a refund or negotiate a settlement in the following situations:

* Product Quality Issues

If the product has obvious quality defects or does not conform to the agreed standards, a refund or replacement can be requested after verification.


* Shipping Errors

If the actual shipped product does not match the order details (incorrect model, quantity, or specifications), a refund or reshipment can be requested.


* Order Abnormalities

If order problems are caused by system errors, duplicate payments, or other abnormal situations, a refund request can be submitted.


* Unshipped Orders

Customers may apply to cancel and receive a refund for orders that have not yet been shipped (subject to order status and time requirements).


Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

• Used or man-made damaged products

• Subjective returns not due to product quality issues (e.g., dislike, poor market performance)

• Unauthorized returns

• Orders exceeding the agreed after-sales period

• Customized or special orders (e.g., already confirmed for production)

Refund Application Process


To improve processing efficiency, please submit your application according to the following process:

Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant supporting documents (images/videos, etc.).


3️⃣ Review and Confirmation

The relevant department will verify and assess the issue.


4️⃣ Solution

Determine a refund, replacement, or other processing method based on the situation.


5️⃣ Refund Completion

Complete the refund or subsequent processing according to the agreed method.


Processing Time


• General Issues: Initial response within 1–3 business days


• Issues Requiring Verification: Processing result within 3–7 business days


• Refund Arrival Time: Typically 3–10 business days depending on the payment method.


Refund Method

Refunds will be returned according to the original payment method, or processed through other methods after mutual agreement (such as deduction from payment for goods, credit for subsequent orders, etc.).


For long-term cooperative clients, we also support flexible processing methods to improve capital utilization efficiency.


Shipping Costs and Liability Statement


• For refunds due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, Yakeda will cover the shipping costs.


• For returns due to customer reasons, the customer will bear the shipping costs (if applicable).

• Do not return goods without confirmation.
